Questions, answered

Is this suitable if I've never done yoga?

Completely. Most of our guests are beginners or returning after years away. Every session is offered with gentle variations, and there is never any pressure to push.

Do I really have to give up my phone?

It's a warm invitation, not a rule. Phones are checked in on arrival and available any time you ask — but most guests find they don't. We notify your emergency contact of the retreat office number.

What's included in the price?

Everything except travel: accommodation, all meals and teas, every session, and the bodywork listed in your programme. No upsells once you arrive.

Can you cater to dietary needs?

Yes. Our kitchen is plant-forward by default and happily accommodates allergies, intolerances, and preferences. You'll tell us everything when you book.
