Overwater Spa Rituals
Ninety minutes above the reef, with the sound of water beneath the table.
Indian Ocean · Est. 2009
Thirty-six overwater villas on a single private atoll. No crowds, no clocks — only the rhythm of the tide and a team who remembers your name.
The Island
Sanctuary occupies a single coral atoll, reachable only by seaplane. We kept ninety percent of the island untouched — villas tuck between palms and the reef, never above two storeys, never in a row.
What you won't find: lobbies, queues, or a schedule. What you will: a personal Host, a dhoni at your service, and the kind of silence you forgot existed.
— Aïsha Rahman, Island Director
Accommodation
Each villa is positioned for a different light. Choose your water.
Days, well spent
Curated by your Host, or not at all. Everything here is optional — including doing nothing.
Ninety minutes above the reef, with the sound of water beneath the table.
First light, bare feet, an empty horizon. Guided or solo.
A table set for two on a bank that vanishes by morning.
Step off your deck into a coral garden, guided by our marine biologist.
Dining
Our menus are written each morning around the catch and the harvest. Dine at the chef's reef table, in your villa, or wherever you happen to be standing when hunger finds you.

“We came for a week and rebooked from the seaplane home. It is the only place our phones stayed in the safe.”
