NAMA OS is an AI-first platform that replaces the spreadsheets, scattered inboxes, and manual back-office work that define most travel agencies today — with a single intelligent system for sales, operations, finance, and supplier management.

Origin

Built by someone who lived the problem

NAMA was founded by Narayan Mallapur and Vikas Khanduri, who previously built and exited Innowayt — a travel technology company serving agencies across India and other countries. After three decades watching travel businesses run on WhatsApp threads and Excel files, the same conclusion kept surfacing: the tools that exist were built for hotels and airlines, not for the agencies that connect travellers to them.

The agencies doing the hardest work — crafting itineraries, negotiating supplier rates, managing group bookings, following up on a hundred open leads — had the worst software. NAMA is the answer to that gap.

NAMA uses a Bring-Your-Own-Key model for AI. Your client data, query history, and pricing intelligence are never used to train our models.
