NAMA

Questions about NAMA

Short, plain answers.

What is NAMA?

NAMA is quoting and back-office software for travel agencies and DMCs. It turns an enquiry into a quote, an approval and an invoice in one workspace. Every quote is priced from your own supplier rates and margins, and your leads, itineraries, bookings and payments sit alongside it.

Who is NAMA for?

NAMA is for travel agencies, tour operators and DMCs that quote from their own supplier rates. At sign-up you choose Travel Agency or DMC / Supplier. A DMC workspace keeps the full agency tools, and tour operators get a profit view for each departure.

How fast can I build a quote?

About 15 minutes once your rates are in NAMA. Hotels, transfers and activities sit in your rate library with your cost and markup. You add them to the itinerary, the total updates as you go, and the quote goes out as a branded PDF or a link.

Does NAMA handle GST invoices?

Yes. NAMA issues GST tax invoices with CGST and SGST, or IGST, chosen by place of supply, plus credit and debit notes linked to the original invoice. Numbering runs in sequence for each financial year, and each line can carry its SAC code.

Is my agency's data kept separate from other agencies?

Yes. Every record carries your agency's ID, and every request reads and writes only your agency's records. Inside your agency, roles decide who sees what, and customers only ever see your selling price. The security page explains how this works.

Does WhatsApp work today?

WhatsApp is rolling out. When your own WhatsApp Business number is connected, incoming messages become leads and your team replies and sends quotes from NAMA. Connection is switching on in stages, and email and web-form enquiries already work today, in the same inbox.

How much does NAMA cost?

Compass is free for up to 2 users, with a cap on total leads and a monthly limit on quotes. Voyage is ₹499 per user a month, or ₹399 a month billed annually, with every module included and a 14-day free trial. Meridian, for networks and representation companies, is priced on request.

How do I get started?

Create a workspace at getnama.app/register with your work email or Google account. No card is needed, and every new workspace starts with a 14-day Voyage trial. You begin on a sample quote in your brand, then load your rates and build your first quote.

Does NAMA send messages to my customers on its own?

A few. NAMA sends an acknowledgement when a new enquiry arrives, plus birthday and anniversary greetings and passport or visa expiry reminders to your customers. Everything EKLA writes, such as replies, quotes and follow-ups, is a draft that a person on your team reviews and sends.

What is a DMC, and how do travel agents get DMC rates?

A DMC, or destination management company, is the operator on the ground that holds hotel, transfer and activity contracts for a destination and sells them to travel agents. In NAMA, DMCs apply to join the network for free, and once approved they publish rates that agents can quote from.

The first correct quote wins the booking.
