For Travel sales teams

A travel CRM that knows what happens after the lead.

NAMA is a travel CRM built into a travel operating system: leads from web form, storefront and email in one inbox with destination, dates and travellers extracted; pipeline stages you define with SLA hours; follow-ups drafted by EKLA and sent by a person — and the quote, booking and GST invoice on the same record.

A CRM that only remembers who asked is a diary. Travel sales are won at the quote, so the CRM has to carry the enquiry through to a correct price, a booking and an invoice without re-typing. That is the difference between a travel CRM and a contacts app.

What it does for travel sales teams

One inbox, every lead

Web-form, storefront and email enquiries land in one queue with destination, dates, pax and budget already extracted and a HOT / WARM / COLD score.

HowLeads · web forms · storefront · email · triage

A pipeline shaped like your sales

Define your own stages with SLA hours and approval gates; see them as a list or a kanban board; import from a spreadsheet, export any time.

Follow-ups that get written for you

EKLA drafts the follow-up from the lead and your rates; you approve and send. Due follow-ups are queued, not forgotten.

No duplicate customers

Duplicate detection on leads with one-click merge, so two enquiries from the same family do not become two pipelines.

Contacts with a vault

People and organisations with history, and a vault for passports and documents scoped by role.

The part a CRM stops at

The quote is built from your supplier rates with margin inside; the accepted quote becomes the booking and the GST invoice.

What is a travel CRM? +
A CRM that understands the travel sales process: the enquiry carries destination, dates and travellers; the pipeline runs lead → enquiry → follow-up → quote → booking → payment; and the quote is a priced document, not an attachment.
Is NAMA a CRM? +
It contains one — leads, stages, follow-ups, contacts, duplicates — and it also holds your supplier rates and builds the quote, the booking and the invoice from the same record, which a CRM alone does not.
Can I import my leads from Excel? +
Yes. Download the template, fill it, import; duplicates are flagged and can be merged. Export is available any time.
Does the CRM capture WhatsApp enquiries automatically? +
Not yet — automatic capture of incoming WhatsApp messages is in progress. Web-form, storefront and email enquiries are captured automatically today, and you can send quotes and messages over WhatsApp from NAMA.
What does the travel CRM cost? +
It is part of every NAMA plan: free for up to 2 users on Compass, ₹499 per seat per month on Voyage (₹399 annual). No per-lead or per-booking fee.
